Where we work

Four counties, one honest radius. From Saluda, everything in this radius is actually reachable — which means real arrival windows, not optimistic ones.

Polk County

From the top of the Grade down through the thermal belt — the famously mild slope-side band where Tryon's vineyards sit — Polk's houses range from 1900s summer cottages to new mountain builds, and we've worked on vintages in between.

Henderson County

From Hendersonville out to the county's smaller towns, Flat Rock's historic homes, Etowah's river-valley neighborhoods, and Fletcher's newer subdivisions each fail in their own predictable ways — and twenty years here means we've seen each way more than once.

Transylvania County

The Land of Waterfalls is also the land of moisture — Transylvania catches some of the heaviest rainfall in the eastern United States, and its crawlspaces know it. Brevard, Pisgah Forest, and the Lake Toxaway communities keep our dehumidifier and ventilation work busy alongside the usual heating and cooling.

Buncombe County

Asheville and the towns around it bring the full range: century-old bungalows in West Asheville, high-elevation homes toward Black Mountain and Barnardsville, and everything the building boom has added since. Elevation swings of over a thousand feet inside one county mean the load math changes street by street — we do it street by street.

On the county line?

Service areas have edges, and houses don't care about them. If you're just over a line — Rutherford side of the thermal belt, upper Greenville County across the state line — call 828-749-1050 anyway. Sometimes the answer is yes, and when it isn't, we'll point you to somebody good.

Why the radius is what it is

Four counties is a promise, not a limit

Plenty of contractors claim a five-county, six-county radius and then quietly deprioritize the edges. We'd rather draw the map we can actually cover. Henderson, Polk, Transylvania, and Buncombe are close enough to Saluda that a morning no-heat call can be an afternoon fix — including up the gravel roads and switchbacks that make some addresses here a commitment.

It also means the local knowledge is real, not marketing. The wind exposure above the Grade, the wet coves along the Green River, the thermal belt's strange mild winters, Asheville's elevation swings — these aren't lines on a service-area page; they're variables in how your system gets sized and maintained.
