Pay online now

Clicking below opens our client portal (Jobber Client Hub) in a new window. Have your invoice number handy — it's at the top of the invoice we emailed you.

Access Client Hub to Pay Your Invoice

Already have an invoice from us? Log in to Client Hub with the email on your invoice to view and pay it securely.

Payments are processed entirely inside the portal's PCI-compliant payment system. This website never sees, handles, or stores your card or bank details.

Prefer another way to pay?

We're a small shop, not a phone tree. Checks by mail are fine, and if something on an invoice doesn't look right, call 828-749-1050 or email info@sensibleheatingac.com.

You get an emailed receipt right away, and the payment posts to your account automatically — no "did you get my check?" phone calls needed.

Billing questions

Frequently asked questions

Yes. Payment happens entirely inside the client portal's PCI-compliant payment system — the industry security standard for handling cards. This website never collects or stores payment details, which is deliberate: the safest card number is the one we never touch.

Ask when you request your installation quote — financing options for new system installations are often available, and we’ll walk through the current terms with you so you can compare a monthly payment against pay-in-full pricing before deciding anything. Repairs and service calls are simply due at completion.

Any card or processing fees, if applicable, are shown clearly in the portal before you confirm payment — never added silently. ACH bank transfer is typically the lowest-fee option if you want to avoid card fees entirely.
